Shipping Policy
Order Processing All products are made to order with care. Once your order is placed, it will go into production. Production typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on the product and demand.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times include both production and shipping:
- Netherlands: 3–6 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- UK: 3-6 business days
- US: 4-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as location, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes.
Shipping Locations We ship worldwide. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the closest available production facility to ensure faster delivery and a smaller carbon footprint.
Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. In most cases, orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning no additional charges will be due upon delivery. In exceptional cases, local import fees may still apply and remain the customer's responsibility.
Delays & Issues We always aim to meet the estimated delivery times, but occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons). If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at care@naiscosmos.com. We're happy to help.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery), including photos if applicable. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
