Return & Refund Policy

All prints from Nai's Cosmos are produced on demand and are therefore exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal for made-to-order products (art. 6:230p sub f onder 1 Burgerlijk Wetboek).

Received a damaged print? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@naiscosmos.com. Please include clear photos of both the product and the original packaging. After evaluation, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. 

Because our prints are made to order, we're unable to make changes or cancellations once production has started (approximately within 24 hours* of placing your order). If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at care@naiscosmos.com. We'll do our absolute best to help.

As every print is made especially for you, we do not accept returns based on personal preference.
