When will I get my order?
All prints are made to order. Please allow 1–4 business days for production, plus shipping. Total estimated delivery times from order placement:
- 🇳🇱 Netherlands: 3–6 business days
- 🇪🇺 European Union: 3–7 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States: 4–7 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days
You'll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.
How much does shipping cost?
Great news — shipping is free for all orders this month! 🎉
From next month onwards, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected print size. Indicative starting rates for standard prints:
- 🇪🇺 European Union: from €5.86
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: from €5.30
- 🇺🇸 United States: from €4.75
- 🇨🇦 Canada: from €5.50
Prices shown in EUR. Final shipping cost at checkout may vary based on exchange rates.
Most orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning no customs fees or import duties will be charged upon delivery. In rare exceptions, local import charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our prints are made to order, we're unable to make changes or cancellations once production has started (approximately within 24 hours* of placing your order). If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at care@naiscosmos.com. We'll do our absolute best to help.
What is the return policy?
All prints are made to order and are therefore non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged (transit damage or manufacturing defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@naiscosmos.com. Please include clear photos of both the product and the original packaging. After evaluation, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Where are my prints made?
Our prints are produced locally using a global network of certified print facilities. This means your order is printed as close to you as possible, reducing shipping time and our carbon footprint. Learn more about our process here.
Do you offer framed prints?
